Summerhill Farm & Country House, with it's
giant pineapple containing a 3 storey museum is the pride of pineapple country.
Set in the charming village of historic Bathurst, not only is it a serious
working research farm but also a fascinating place to stay with fun for all the
family. The original 1825 homestead that was allocated to the 1820 settler
Charles Crause has been beautifully restored to provide excellent period
accommodation in traditional settlers style.
