THE RESIDENCY is a historic wood and iron home built circa 1900 situated on
the Eastern Cape coastline.THE RESIDENCY has been restored to its former glory
with its polished Oregon wood floors throughout and furnished with period and
cottage pieces.
There are beautiful views over the valley looking
seaward from the wrap-around verandah.THE RESIDENCY is also close to the village
centre,golf club,Kellys and West beaches and is only a half hour drive to the
historical and cultural arts centre of Grahamstown.
ACCOMMODATION
AVAILABLE:
THE LEMON SUITE comprising of a double bed with own en-suite
facilities.Victorian ball and claw bath and shower.The room also has a
fire-place in the bedroom and cosy lounge area.
THE BURGUNDY ROOM
comprising of a double bed with en-suite facilities and shower.
THE
GREEN ROOM comprising of twin beds with en-suite facilities and shower.
THE
PEACH ROOM comprising of twin beds with the use of separate bathroom facilities
with victorian ball and claw bath,washstand and separate toilet.
RATES
are variable seasonally and include a hearty English or Continental
breakfast.Single rates are available on request.
